KILLING THE apologetic GIRL focuses on STEPH, an overly apologetic, compassionate Human Rights attorney and her long lost unapologetic friend, KIM. When a failed marriage to a Moroccan prince renders Kim broke and homeless, she finds Steph, fifteen years later, unable to reverse her hard-wired apologetic ways. With Kim’s help and a few Whiskey Sours, Steph learns to stand up for herself, tame her overbearing mother, and rein in her insubordinate employees. Buoyed by her renewed friendship with Kim, Steph tries to extricate herself from a loveless and ill-fated engagement and begins her renaissance as a confident 21st century woman.
