On their drive home, John and his sister Anna get in an accident when a horrifying creature jumps out in front of them. In order to protect her wounded brother, Anna draws the beast away from the crash. John regains consciousness just in time to witness her make the ultimate sacrifice in order to save him. Heartbroken and tortured by the debt he must repay, John puts together a plan to trap the beast once and for all.
