Arthur walks the beach with his grandfather Zachariah, who entices Arthur to explore the ecosystem. Arthur discovers a massive dead shark. Arthur takes it home, hoping to resurrect it. Arthur pours salt into the water: it doesn’t work. Arthur’s frenemy Patrick comes over for breakfast, and Arthur feeds him to the shark. Arthur’s mother Selina catches Arthur in the act and forces him to return it to the beach. Arthur cuts the rope off the shark’s neck and discovers the scar that killed it. Arthur cleans litter off the beach. Doing so, he discovers the legendary queen conch.
