Faced with rising rents and a final chance to live their dreams, five artists in their mid 30s turn their sketchy Brooklyn warehouse loft into an event venue. Amidst wild lifestyles, aging roommate drama, and the creep of modern anxiety, they have to decide: does growing up mean giving up? Or will they get their shit together and save their unorthodox community despite it all?
