“Love & Corona” is set during the Spring of 2020. The global pandemic is erupting, it’s election year in the US, cities are shutting down when Korinne and her friends get the unsettling news that the gym where they work has filed for bankruptcy and must lay off their employees. Desperate for rent money, Korinne turns to the “SubsOnly” platform to try to earn enough to survive in San Francisco — the most expensive City in the world.
